LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that ECHO Cranberry North, LLC has submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate for a site located at 20400 Route 19, Cranberry Township, Butler County. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that the site consists of a vacant lot with no structures. The site historically contained the Doyle Equipment Company that rented, sold, and serviced heavy equipment. The site has been found to be contaminated with arsenic, volatile organic compounds, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons which are suspected to have contaminated soil on the site. ECHO Cranberry North, LLC has selected the statewide health standard, and they have indicated that the proposed remediation measure will be excavation and removal of contaminated soil. The proposed future use of the property will be mixed commercial and residential.
