LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The BREAKNECK CREEK REGIONAL AUTHORITY will receive separate and sealed Bids for the ELECTRICAL CONTRACT for the pro-ject entitled 2026 BCRA WWTP HEATING SYSTEM RENOVATION. The work under this Contract generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equip-ment, and incidentals necessary to complete the electrical work associated with the installation of new heating system equipment at the Breakneck Creek Regional Authority Waste-water Treatment Plant. The project includes electrical work related to new boilers, controls, pumps, associated equ-ipment, and all appurtenant work as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located at the wastewater treatment plant in Adams Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania. Sealed Bids will be received by mail or messenger service at the Authoritys office, address below, until 10:30 A.M., Prevailing Time, August 14, 2026 and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 A.M. on the same day at the same place.
