LEGAL BIDDERS NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City of Butler, Pennsylvania, will receive sealed proposals, on behalf of the Butler Area Public Library as part of the Keystone Grant project, for the replacement of their HVAC system, until 2:00 P.M., on October 30, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk, 140 West North Street, Butler, PA 16001. Electrical and mechanical drawings created by WNA Engineering, Inc. will be provided upon request. Please email Peter Bess, Assistant Director, at
pbess@bcfls.org to request drawings. Bids will be opened at the Office of the City Clerk at 2:15 P.M., October 30, 2026, in the City Building. Bid forms may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. A ten-percent bid bond must accompany all bids.
