The site has been found to be contaminated with arsenic, volatile organic compounds, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons which are suspected to have contaminated soil on the site. ECHO Cranberry North, LLC has selected the statewide health standard, and they have indicated that the proposed remediation measure will be excavation and removal of contaminated soil. The proposed future use of the property will be mixed commercial and residential.
